In 2021, we are listed as a publicly traded company on the Novo Mercado of the Brazilian stock exchange, B3, operating through three business segments. Thus, we are among the companies with high standards of corporate governance.
We are currently listed on three B3 governance indexes that measure the performance of listed companies. They are:
- IGC – the Corporate Governance Stock Index measures the performance of companies on the Novo Mercado, Level 1 and Level 2;
- IGC-NM – the Corporate Governance Index – Novo Mercado considers only the companies on the Novo Mercado;
- ITAG – the Special Tag Along Stock Index considers the companies with tag along rights above 80%.
