Our operational structure includes more than 45,000 rented assets and a network of 76 stores distributed in 12 states, of which 18 Volkswagen brand truck and bus dealers, of which 15 Transrio stores, 3 Tietê Veículos stores, 17 Valtra brand farm machinery and equipment dealers, 6 DHL Tratores stores, 14 used vehicle stores, 6 Komatsu brand stores, 11 Fendt brand stores and 4 Toyota Empilihadeiras stores. Our headquarters is located in the city of São Paulo, and the administrative headquarters in the city of Mogi das Cruzes (SP).
A publicly traded company, listed on the Novo Mercado of the Brazilian stock exchange B3, we are serving, through four business segments – Vamos Locação, Vamos Concessionárias, Vamos Seminovos and Vamos Industrial (BMB and Truckvan) – the specific needs of companies of the most varied sizes and economic sectors, especially agribusiness, energy, logistics, and food, for the rental, purchase, and sale of new and used trucks and machinery. Based on this structure, we reached the end of September 2023 with net revenue of R$ 5.4 billion in the year to date, which represents an expansion of 38.8% compared to the same period of the previous year, and EBITDA of R$ 2.0 billion also higher at 46.9%, in the same comparison.
