VAMOS is the leading company in Brazil forleasing heavy assets, primarily operating in the leasing of trucks, buses, machinery and equipment. The Company offers a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions for fleet renewal and expansion, serving clients across a wide range of economic sectors, including logistics, agribusiness, energy, construction, mining and services.
The Company is controlled by the holding company SIMPAR, through which leasing services have been provided for more than 20 years, dating back to the period when VAMOS’s leasing business was part of the operations of its former controlling shareholder, JSL S.A. (currently SIMPAR).
VAMOS’s business model is primarily structured around:
- Heavy asset leasing, its core business;
- The sale of used assets, carried out at the end of lthe contracts; and
- Industrial operations, focused on asset and equipment customization through the Truckvan and BMB businesses.
The Company has a broad operational capilarity, with a fleet of more than 50,000 assets and nationwide presence, supported by a structured network for customer service, maintenance and support, consisting of 21 VAMOS Seminovos stores and more than 100 sales points operated by partner representatives. Our focus is on operational efficiency, long-term contracts, capital discipline and sustainable value creation.
