We are the leading rental company of trucks, machinery and equipment in Brazil. On December 31, 2019, we had a fleet of 11,010 trucks and similar vehicles, and 2,234 machinery and equipment, totaling 13,244 rented assets. The maturity of our long-term rental contracts is five years in average. We offer rental contracts that may include maintenance services (with no operator) and ensure fleet availability to our customers. We have a fleet with different models and market share of the main car manufacturers in Brazil.
By means of VAMOS LOCAÇÃO, we offer several benefits to our customers, among which: (i) improve capital allocation; (ii) focus on their core activities; (iii) eliminate the process of buying and selling assets and the risk of residual value; (iv) improve the control of fleet management, maintenance and administration; (v) ensure availability, enabling the reduction of the fleet; (vi) become aware of the actual cost for their business; and (vii) save operating costs.
VAMOS CONCESSIONÁRIAS has 29 Vokswagen/MAN truck and bus dealerships, as well as Valtra machinery and equipment dealerships.
The Company has 14 Volkswagen/MAN dealerships, the largest network of the country, present in five Brazilian states (Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Tocantins and Sergipe). Our stores sell new and used trucks, as well as parts and accessories, and provide maintenance services.
We also have 14 Valtra dealerships in the states of Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais, São Paulo and a KOMATSU store in Mato Grosso, that sell agricultural machines and equipment, offer authorized technical assistance, sell parts and accessories, and provide mechanical services. In addition, in 2021, we opened our first Fendt store in Goiás, a German brand from the AGCO Group that stands out for being a premium line of machinery for the agribusiness. This initiative is located in the city of Rio Verde, state of Goiás, which is a benchmark when it comes to grain production in Brazil.
VAMOS SEMINOVOS sells used trucks, buses, machinery and equipment from different brands and the assets are adapted to the most diverse activities.
We have 10 own used vehicle stores, which, together with VAMOS CONCESSIONÁRIAS, operates throughout the Brazilian territory.
